1. Introduction

Welcome to MegaBeats. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and purchasing beats, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

2. Definitions

"Beat" refers to any musical composition, instrumental track, or audio file available for purchase on MegaBeats. "License" refers to the rights granted to you upon purchase of a beat. "Producer" refers to the creator of the beat.

3. License Types

Beat License: Grants you the right to use the beat for commercial purposes including streaming, performances, and music videos. Includes MP3 and WAV files.

Beat + Stems License: Includes everything in the Beat License plus individual track stems (trackouts) for mixing and customization. This is an exclusive license - once purchased, the beat will no longer be available for sale.

4. Usage Rights

Upon purchasing a license, you are granted the following rights:

• Use the beat for commercial releases on all streaming platforms
• Perform the beat live at concerts and events
• Use the beat in music videos
• Unlimited streams (no royalty caps)

You are NOT permitted to:

• Resell, redistribute, or transfer the beat to third parties
• Claim ownership of the underlying composition
• Register the beat with a PRO without proper split agreements
• Use the beat for NFT or blockchain-related projects without additional licensing

5. Exclusive Beats

When a beat is purchased with the Beat + Stems license, it becomes exclusive to the buyer. The beat will be marked as "SOLD" and removed from sale. Previous non-exclusive license holders retain their rights, but no new licenses will be issued.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We accept payments through Razorpay. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

7. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased beats. Download links will be available in your account under "My Purchases". Please download your files promptly as links may expire.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided in cases of technical issues preventing download or if the delivered files are corrupted. Contact support within 48 hours of purchase for assistance.

9. Producer Credits

You must credit the producer in all releases using the beat. Credit format: "Prod. by [Producer Name]" or as specified in your license agreement. Failure to provide proper credit may result in license termination.

10. Intellectual Property

The producer retains ownership of the underlying composition and master recording. Your license grants usage rights only. MegaBeats and its producers reserve all intellectual property rights not explicitly granted in your license.

11. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use Google Sign-In for authentication. Do not share your account access with others. Report any unauthorized access immediately.

12. Limitation of Liability

MegaBeats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our beats or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific beat in question.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
